The base module of GibbsCAM’s milling product line, Production Milling supports 2- thru simple 3-axis machining of wireframe geometry with full functionality for face milling, contouring, pocketing with unlimited bosses/islands, tapping, boring and drilling with many drill cycles.
GibbsCAM Production Turning
The base module of GibbsCAM’s turning product line, Production Turning supports 2-axis machining of wireframe geometry with full functionality for contouring, automatic roughing, plunge roughing, drilling, threading, and tapping. When combined with Production Milling live tooling is supported.
GibbsCAM Advanced CS
An incremental option to Production Milling or Turning, Advanced CS (Coodinate Systems) supports defining local coordinate systems in any orientation/location in addition to the default standard primary plane coordinate systems.

An incremental option to Production Milling, Rotary Milling supports machining wireframe geometry on rotary tables. Geometry can either be radial or flat and then wrapped.

GibbsCAM 5-Axis

GibbsCAM Solids Import

GibbsCAM TMS (Tombstone Management System)
Building upon basic capability in Production Milling, TMS (Tombstone Management System) provides an environment designed specifically for programming multiple parts fixtured on tombstones. Once the parts are positioned on the tombstone, corresponding program offsets and rotations are automatically generated.
GibbsCAM Machine Simulation
An extension to GibbsCAM’s integrated Cut Part Rendering visualization/verification capability, Machine Simulation uses animated machine tool models to identify any program errors before they cause costly mistakes on the shop floor.
GibbsCAM Wire-EDM
Programming 2- thru 4-axis Wire-EDM machines is supported by Wire-EDM. Program optimization and machine efficiency is ensured through the use of advanced technologies such as EPAK settings and machining strategies.

In order to ensure that part data can be received from anywhere, numerous data exchange modules supporting industry standard and proprietary formats are available for GibbsCAM. GibbsCAM ProAXYZ Suite for 5-Axis

Productivity+ for GibbsCAM
To support the programming of their on-machine probes, Renishaw developed Productivity+ for GibbsCAM. Seamlessly integrated with GibbsCAM, Productivity+ allows probing sequences to be specified and verified using GibbsCAM’s graphical environment.
