Cal a 18 ans, il est membre d'un gang et sa vie se résume à la drogue, au sexe et à la violence. Carl a un secret qu'il cache au reste de sa bande : son attirance pour son meilleur ami Jonno. Quand le gang s'en prend sans raisons à Olivier, un jeune étudiant, Cal s'interpose et l'aide à s'échapper. Pour le remercier, Olivier accepte de cacher Cal quelques jours. La petite frappe va alors découvrir avec cet étudiant une tendresse qu'il n'a jamais connue auparavant. Mais la trahison de Cal envers son gang ne va pas rester sans représailles...
